Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Unless the context requires otherwise, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The rp77rp website accessible at https://rp77rp.asia, including all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services.
"Company"	rp77rp, the internationally licensed operator of the Platform.
"User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the Platform.
"Account"	The individual registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
"Wager"	Any bet, stake, or game-play transaction placed by a User through the Platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to a User's Account by the Company.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company prior to withdrawal processing.
"IDR" / "Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency of the Platform.
"Responsible Gaming"	The set of policies, tools, and support resources maintained by the Company to promote safe gambling behaviour.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

These Terms are supplemented by the Company's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. The Company enforces a strict minimum age policy and uses document-based verification to confirm this.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your area before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Company or any affiliated operator.
• You must not have had a previous rp77rp Account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid, active email address that you control;
• Your date of birth;
• Your Indonesian residential address;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must notify the Company immediately at support@rp77rp.asia if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

In compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards, the Company is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000 or at any point determined necessary by the Company's compliance team.

The following documents may be required to complete the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months confirming your registered address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to fund your rp77rp Account.

The Company aims to process KYC submissions within 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension.

rp77rp accepts deposits excl usively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The Company does not impose deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which rp77rp accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed receipt by the Company's payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact customer support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.

The Company reserves the right to request evidence of the funding source for any deposit. Deposits made in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your rp77rp Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your rp77rp Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above Rp 500.000 is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. In such cases, the Company will notify the affected Account holder within 24 hours of identifying the need for additional review.

rp77rp does not charge withdrawal fees. Charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and are borne by the Account holder.

The Company offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.

All wagers placed on the rp77rp Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, in addition to the general provisions below:

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Company is not responsible for errors made by the User when placing a wager, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or bet types.
• The Company reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event affected by system errors, pricing errors ("palpable errors"), or where the event outcome was known at the time the wager was placed.
• For sports betting — including judi bola (sports wagering), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and voor bola (Asian Handicap markets) — settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority or league.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are based on official draw outcomes from the designated draw provider. Results are final and not subject to dispute.
• For live casino and slot games provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others), the rules of each individual game apply. In the event of a conflict between a studio's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed at the point of wagering. The Company reserves the right to adjust individual Account stake limits at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp77rp Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether alone or in coordination with another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or using the Platform to launder money;
• Facilitating third-party access to your Account, including selling, transferring, or sharing your login credentials;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Company staff or other users.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content — are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured servers with restricted access. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Interruption of service arising from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 10;
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Your own voluntary self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming program.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

Where you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions under Indonesian law. You assume full and sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at rp77rp.asia/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

The Company is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.
